为提高储能站出力效率、解决因负荷突然变化引起的平稳问题,提出了基于快速调频调压的储能协调控制技术.在电网和储能站之间嵌入快速调频调压协调设备,以实现电网和储能站出力快速优化协调.实时采集并网点的电压、电流,计算并网点频率、线电压.当频率、线电压超过额定值时主动实施有功、无功调节,并跟踪并网点的频率变化率以主动实施惯量调节、检测振荡、主动启动谐波抑制调节等功能.通过快速的上下游联动和本地逻辑调节,该技术能够达到快速调整储能站出力、稳定电网的目的.试验结果表明,该技术能高效完成功率转换系统出力协作,在大规模储能领域具有广阔的应用前景.
Research on Coordinated Control Technology of Energy Storage Based on Fast Frequency and Voltage Regulation
To improve the efficiency of energy storage station output and solve the smoothing problem caused by the sudden change of load,the coordinated control technology of energy storage based on fast frequency and voltage regulation is proposed.Between the power grid and the energy storage station,the fast frequency and voltage regulation coordination equipment is embedded to realize the fast optimization and coordination of the power output of the power grid and the energy storage station.The voltage and current at the grid connection point are collected in real-time,and the frequency and line voltage at the grid connection point are calculated.When the frequency and line voltage exceed the rated value,it actively implements active and reactive power regulation,and tracks the rate of change of the frequency of the grid connetion point to actively implement inertia regulation,detects oscillations and actively initiates harmonic suppression regulation and other functions.Through fast upstream and downstream linkage and local logic adjustment,the technology can achieve the purpose of quickly adjusting the output of the energy storage station and stabilizing the power grid.Test results show that this technology can efficiently complete the power conversion system output collaboration and has a broad application prospect in the field of large-scale energy storage.
