Design of Multi-Platform Converged Management and Control Integration System
To realize the information sharing between the production layer and the management layer of small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the production efficiency of enterprises,the design connept of management and control integration applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises is proposed.Taking a small and medium-sized wastewater treatment enterprise as an example,the background of the enterprise is investigated,the current situation of its production is analyzed,and its needs for production management,water quality testing and on-site control are charified.Drawing on the connept of manufacturing execution system (MES),the system framework is put forward.Based on network communication and data management technology,the system architecture is designed.Combined with a variety of software platforms customized design,a set of management and control integration system is developed.The system integrates the originally isolated management platform,testing platform and processing platform,and realizes the connection and sharing of sewage and waste production scheduling tasks and process parameters,third-party independent water quality monitoring data,and the measurement and control data of the whole production process.Since the system has been put into operation,it has significantly improved the management efficiency and automation level of enterprises.The design of the system has explored a new development model for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop a data integration and fusion system based on heterogeneous platforms to realize the integration of management and control in the light of actual production.
