不间断电源(UPS)对控制系统、生产系统的稳定运行至关重要,一旦发生故障,可能对化工企业造成重大损失.引入电池管理系统(BMS),对BMS在铅酸电池、锂电池的应用进行研究,实现了铅酸电池、锂电池的集中监控、统一管理.通过supOS数据采集系统,对数据进行清洗、整理,并对采集数据进行系统性编码.应用大数据分析,判断UPS运行状况,并在supOS平台上开发应用,以实现UPS运行数据实时监控、分析结果的及时推送和提醒.BMS及手机应用投运后,多次推送故障信息,有效避免了因电池造成的UPS故障.该设计为锂电池、铅酸电池一体化监控及运维在化工行业的应用积累了经验.
Design and Application of UPS Monitoring System Based on BMS
Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) plays a vital role in the stable operation of the control system and production system,which may cause significant losses to chemical enterprises in case of failure.The introduction of battery management system (BMS),the application of BMS in lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries is studied to realize the centralized monitoring and unified management of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries.Through supOS data acquisition system,the data are cleaned,organized and systematically coded for collected data.Big data analysis is applied to determine the operating condition of UPS and develop applications on the supOS platform,so that real-time monitoring of UPS operating data,timely pushing and reminding of the analysis results are realized.After the BMS and cell phone applications are put into operation,the fault information is pushed many times,which effectively avoided the UPS failure caused by the battery.This design has accumulated experience for the application of integrated monitoring and operation and maintenance of lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries in the chemical industry.
