电力大数据中的智能电表、网关、私钥生成器等的数据具有多维度属性,数据聚集过程中存在大量无用数据,致使电网容易受到外部攻击.因此,提出基于Paillier算法的多维度电力大数据在线聚集方法.设置智能电表、网关、私钥生成器等实体的聚集协议.结合条件概率对聚集协议采集的数据进行随机扰动处理,以去除无用数据.利用Paillier加密算法生成椭圆曲线,以确定数据安全系数.经过管理中心授权、计算中心认证和系统数据上传,判断当前数据是否满足在线聚集要求.如果满足要求,则通过计算签名完成数据在线聚集.试验结果表明,所提方法的计算和通信开销始终保持在较低水平,能够将同一类数据聚集,且数据聚集效果好.该方法可以广泛应用于大数据聚集领域.
Research on Online Aggregation Method of Multi-Dimensional Electricity Big Data Based on Paillier Algorithm
Smart meters,gateways,private key generators and other data in electricity big data have multi-dimensional attributes,and there is a large amount of useless data in the process of data aggregation,which makes the power grid vulnerable to external attacks.Therefore,an online aggregation method of multi-dimensional electricity big data based on Paillier algorithm is proposed.The aggregation protocols are set up for entities such as smart meters,gateways,and private key generators,etc.The conditional probability is combined to randomly perturb the data collected by the aggregation protocol to remove the useless data.Elliptic curves are generated by Paillier encryption algorithm to determine the data security coefficient.After the authorization of the management center,the authentication of the computing center and the uploading of system data,determine whether the current data meets the online aggregation requirements.If it meets the requirements,the data online aggregation is completed by computing signature.The experimental results show that the computation and communication overhead of the proposed method is always kept at a low level,and it is able to aggregate the same type of data with good data aggregation effect.The method can be widely used in the field of big data aggregation.
