基于STM32的单体大棚温室群控系统的设计

单体大棚温室是目前我国南方地区普遍采用的产业化种植模式.针对此类温室的设施化水平低、资源浪费等缺点,该文设计了一套基于现场总线和STM32的高可靠、低成本的分布式单体大棚群控系统,分别将作物需水量和温室的温湿度作为灌溉和环境控制的主要目标.基于STM32的现场控制器采集温室土壤和环境数据送至中控机,并执行中控机计算出的控制决策,完成对土壤和环境参数的控制.测试结果表明,该系统成本低、性能稳定,能使农作物产量提高20%,节水效果明显,具有较好的推广价值.
Design of Group Control System in the Single Plastic Greenhouse Based on STM32
The single plastic greenhouse was a popular industrialization planting mode in south of China. A distributed control system of the plastic greenhouse based on the Field Bus and STM32 were presented with high reliability and low cost. The main goal of irrigation and environment control was crop water requirement,temperature and humidity in plastic greenhouses. The field controller based on STM32 sends soil and environment data to central controller and carries out control command from central controller to regulate the temperature,humidity and soil moisture concentration in plastic greenhouse. And the test results show that the system can increase the production of crops by 20%. Also,the control system has the following characteristics,such as water-saving,low cost,reliable performance and so on.
