摘要
模块化下多电平换流器各个模块之间持续不间断运行,容易产生过热故障,以人工为主的过热故障检测存在明显弊端.以红外测温为技术支持,提出一种针对该故障的自动化诊断方法.通过对模块化的多电平换流器故障与温度之间的关联进行分析;使用红外热像仪按周期采集温度图像,通过分析图像中的温度异常和变化模式,结合红外测温算法与关联性分析结果,不同类型的过热故障通常会导致热点或温度异常现象的出现,对这些异常现象进行观察和分析,可以准确判断是否存在故障,并进一步确定故障的具体类型.经实例检验,该项技术能够准确诊断出换流器常见故障类型,检出指数与隔离指数高达0.971和0.953,且诊断用时短,仅需77.94 ms,具有优异的诊断准确度和高水平的诊断效率.
Abstract
The continuous and uninterrupted operation between various modules of modular multi-level inverters is prone to overheating faults,and manual overheating fault detection has obvious drawbacks.Propose an automated di-agnostic method for this fault using infrared temperature measurement as technical support.Analyze the correlation between faults and temperature in modular multi-level inverters.Using an infrared thermal imager to collect tempera-ture images on a periodic basis,by analyzing temperature anomalies and change patterns in the images,combined with infrared temperature measurement algorithms and correlation analysis results,different types of overheating faults usual-ly lead to the occurrence of hot spots or temperature anomalies.Observing and analyzing these abnormal phenomena can accurately determine whether there is a fault and further determine the specific type of fault.Through example testing,this technology can accurately diagnose common fault types of inverters,with detection index and isolation in-dex as high as 0.971 and 0.953,and diagnosis time is short,only 77.94ms.It has excellent diagnostic accuracy and high level of diagnostic efficiency.
