摘要
为提高化纤企业的自动化程度,针对丝锭包装的传统工艺流程,该文提出了基于Device Net总线的分布式PLC控制系统,对生产线内各单元统一布局规划,模块化设计与调试,实现了机器人自动上料、丝锭自动套袋、自动码垛和自动打包称重的全流程包装作业.实际运行表明,该系统运行可靠、维护方便,能有效减轻人工负荷、提高生产效率,实现了化纤丝锭的智能化输送、管理及物料信息的可追溯功能.
Abstract
In order to improve the automation level of chemical fiber enterprises,aiming at the traditional process flow of silk ingot packaging,a distributed PLC control system based on Device Net bus was proposed to unify the layout planning,modular design and debugging of each unit in the production line.The whole process of automatic loading,automatic bagging,automatic palletizing and automatic packing and weighing are realized.The actual operation shows that the system is reliable and easy to maintain,can effectively reduce the manual load,can improve the production efficiency,and realize the intelligent transportation,management and material information traceability of chemical fiber ingots.
