改进型北斗定位的海上安全与通信系统设计与研究

由于航海船只变方向的周期较长,导致船只碰撞率增加且安全隐患增多,针对该问题该文设计了一个改进型北斗定位技术的海上安全与通信系统.利用北斗定位技术(bei-dou navigation satellite system,BDS)将海上船只定位,确定船只安全位置,保证航线的准确度和距离的安全度.该研究进一步使用移动互联技术(Mobile Internet)对北斗定位系统进行改进,通过计算距离误差补偿量,对多船舶通信节点距离误差实施补偿.以补偿结果为基础,使用基于单移动信标的多船舶通信目标定位方法实现多船舶通信目标的实时定位,达到实时上报船只位置数据的 目的.通过试验,该系统技术核算的数据误差率在可接受范围内,该研究为其他技术研究奠定基础.
Design and Research on Maritime Safety and Communication System for Im-proved Beidou Positioning
Due to the longer period of changing direction for navigation vessels,the collision rate of vessels increases and safety hazards increase.To solve this problem,an improved maritime safety and communication system with Bei-dou positioning technology is designed in this paper.Using Beidou navigation satellite system(BDS)to locate ships on the sea,determine the safe position of the ships,ensure the accuracy of the route and the safety of the distance.This study further improves the Beidou positioning system using mobile Internet technology.By calculating the dis-tance error compensation amount,the distance error of multiple ship communication nodes is compensated.Based on the compensation results,a multi vessel communication target positioning method based on a single mobile beacon is used to achieve real-time positioning of multi vessel communication targets,achieving the goal of real-time reporting of vessel position data.Through experiments,the error rate of the system's technical accounting data is within an ac-ceptable range,laying the foundation for other technical research.
