车用电动空调压缩机ECU测试方法研究

基于目前车用电动空调压缩机ECU测试项繁多、工序复杂以及无法针对性测试等问题,设计了 一套结构合理、操作便捷、自动化水平较高的控制器测试方案.方案涵盖参数标定、过欠压保护、负载模拟和通讯功能等多个模块的测试,并搭建测试台进行硬件在环测试.最后对测试结果分析,表明测试方案能满足某型号ECU性能测试需求,测试系统稳定可靠.
Research on ECU Test Method for Vehicle Electric Air Conditioning Compressor
Based on the problems of numerous testing items,complex working procedure and untargeted testing for au-tomotive electric air conditioning compressors ECU,designed a controller test scheme with reasonable structure,conve-nient operation and high automation level.The scheme covers the testing of several modules such as parameter cali-bration,over-voltage protection,load simulation and communication functions,and builds a test platform for hardware-in-the-loop testing.Finally,the analysis of the test results shows that the test scheme can meet the performance test requirements of a certain type of ECU,and the test system is stable and reliable.
