Design of Pole Assignment Controller for Stripper Rotation System
In order to improve the demoulding quality of concrete test blocks,a new fully automated experimental e-quipment-concrete test block demoulding machine was developed.In order to improve the working efficiency and quality of the demoulding machine,the rotation system of the demoulding machine was taken as an example to im-prove the angle control of the rotation system of the demoulding machine.In this paper,a rotation controller of de-moulding machine is designed based on pole assignment theory,and its effectiveness is verified by simulation experi-ments.The results show that the system can reach a stable state in 6 s.In this paper,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the weighting coefficient.Through experimental simulation,the system stabilization time is shortened to 0.5 s.The research results show that the rotation controller of the demoulding machine based on the pole placement control theory and the optimization of the genetic algorithm can improve the angle control of the demoulding machine rota-tion system,shorten the stability time and improve the operation efficiency of the equipment.
