Temperature Testing of a Certain Missile's Tail Flame Based on LabVIEW
With the continuous development and progress of weapons and equipment,in the field of production and manufacturing of military vehicles,it is important to clarify the temperature distribution characteristics of the housing of land vehicles such as armored vehicles, which can provide an important reference basis for optimizing the housing material structure and testing whether the equipment operates normally. In response to the need for material selection of armored vehicle shells, contact type K-type thermocouples are now used to measure the thermal effect temperature of a certain type of missile exhaust flame.A temperature feature acquisition system for K-type thermocouples based on LabVIEW is designed, which solves the problem of data loss in abnormal situations by setting the data storage path in advance and conducting real-time storage. The temperature acquisition system mentioned in the article has the characteristics of strong scalability and friendly human-computer interaction interface, while the contact tempera-ture measurement greatly improves the accuracy of temperature testing.Verified by temperature testing of the thermal effect of rocket launch exhaust, the testing system has high reliability, effectively improves work efficiency, and can ef-fectively complete temperature collection tasks.
