氢气除了作为绿色能源以外,其生物学价值也非常广泛.有日本医学专家教授研究证实,氢气能帮助人体保持健康,因为氢气能通过选择性抗氧化作用清除体内有害的恶性自由基.近年来,出氢量小于600 mL/min的小型电解槽被广泛应用于吸氢机以及富氢水机.该文以小型PEM电解槽为对象,针对其性能测试设计开发了一套基于STM32的多通道电解槽测试系统,该测试系统具有水箱液位检测及自动补水、纯水TDS检测、电解槽直流电流给定、电解槽电压检测、电解槽出氢口堵塞检测、电解槽出水及出氧状态检测以及数据通讯等功能.本系统通过测试,运行稳定,操作方便,检测快速,提升了电解槽的测试效率.
Design and Implementation of Electrolytic Cell Test System Based On STM32
In addition to being a green energy source,hydrogen has a wide range of biological values.Studies by Japanese medical experts and professors have confirmed that hydrogen can help the human body maintain health,be-cause hydrogen can remove harmful malignant free radicals in the body through selective antioxidant effects.In re-cent years,small electrolytic cells with hydrogen output less than 600 mL/min have been widely used in hydrogen suction machines and hydrogen rich water dispensers.In this paper,a multi-channel electrolytic cell test system based on STM32 is designed and developed for the performance test of small cell.The test system has the functions of wa-ter tank level detection and automatic water refill,pure water TDS detection,electrolytic cell DC current setting,elec-trolytic cell voltage detection,electrolytic cell hydrogen outlet blockage detection,electrolytic cell water and oxygen state detection and data communication.The test results show that the system is stable,easy to operate and fast to detect,which improves the test efficiency of electrolytic cell.
