公转和自转协同下绕包机转速自动控制研究

绕包机公转和自转过程中可能会产生非线性影响,为了实现转速有效控制,该文提出一种公转和自转协同下绕包机转速自动控制方法.构建神经网络控制模型,将公转速度和自转速度作为输入,通过输出层输出控制规律;利用反向传播算法,通过调节网络权值和引入动量权值对神经网络模型进行改进,以此提升公转和自转协同控制效果;利用双馈定向矢量方法实施绕包机转速自动控制,在满足绕包机定子和转子对应电压矢量和磁链矢量条件的基础上,完成最终的转速自动控制.在不同实验条件下,所提方法对输入信号的实际跟踪效果较好,且不易受影响因素干扰.
Research on Automatic Speed Control of Wrapping Machine Under the Coordi-nation of Revolution and Autorotation
Nonlinear effects may occur during the revolution and rotation of the wrapping machine.In order to achieve effective speed control,a method for automatic speed control of the wrapping machine under the cooperation of revolution and rotation is proposed.Construct a neural network control model,using revolution speed and rotation speed as inputs,and output control laws through the output layer.Using backpropagation algorithm,the neural network model is improved by adjusting network weights and introducing momentum weights to enhance the collaborative con-trol effect of revolution and rotation.Using the doubly fed directional vector method to implement automatic speed control of the wrapping machine,the final automatic speed control is completed on the basis of meeting the corre-sponding voltage vector and flux vector conditions of the stator and rotor of the wrapping machine.Under different experimental conditions,the proposed method performs well in actual tracking of input signals and is not easily af-fected by influencing factors.
