基于物联网的智能粮库监测系统研究与设计

针对传统粮库环境监测系统具有布线困难、不易扩展、控制方式单一等问题,该文设计一款基于物联网的粮库智能监测系统.系统分为上位机和下位机,上位机基于Qt和Sqlite3数据库为平台,设计显示和控制界面;下位机以CC2530为主控制器,结合各种传感器和外围设备设计协调器和终端节点,利用ZigBee技术实现自组网功能.系统具有2种控制模式调节粮库环境,即手动模式和自动模式;手动模式下,用户可自主控制外围设备;自动模式下,系统可以根据设置的阈值区间自动控制外围设备.测试结果表明,系统满足粮库监测要求,可以实时监测粮库环境信息,具有预警和调节粮库环境等功能.
Design and Research of Intelligent Grain Depot Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things
In response to the problems of traditional grain depot environmental monitoring systems such as difficult wiring,difficulty in expansion,and single control method,a smart grain depot monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed.The system is divided into upper computer and lower computer.The upper computer is based on Qt and Sqlite3 databases as platforms,and designs display and control interfaces.The lower computer uses CC2530 as the main controller,and combines various sensors and peripheral devices to design coordinators and ter-minal nodes.ZigBee technology is used to achieve wireless communication function in the self-organized network,and real-time communication with the upper computer is achieved through serial port.The system has two control modes to adjust the grain depot environment,namely manual mode and automatic mode.In manual mode,users can indepen-dently control peripheral devices such as fans.In automatic mode,the system can automatically determine whether to turn on peripheral devices based on the set threshold range.The test results show that the system meets the require-ments of grain depot monitoring.It can not only monitor the environmental information of the grain depot in real-time,but also has functions such as early warning and regulating the grain depot environment.
