间歇式本体法聚丙烯工艺操作有其特殊性.随着生产装置产能的不断扩大,在喷料与闪蒸过程中,各种并行设备的规模也不断扩大,再加上操作不规范等问题的叠加影响,不仅工人劳动强度大幅增加,而且安全生产存在极大的安全隐患,生产装置运行效率明显下降,能物耗上升.该文在对该过程做出分析研判后提出了运行队列、等待队列和实现闪蒸过程智能调度控制的思路,并由此开发了闪蒸过程智能调度控制技术.这项技术的实施将提高闪蒸过程的自动化控制水平,稳定并优化操作,降低工人劳动强度,降低能耗物耗和保障装置的安全生产.
Intelligent Dispatching Control Technology on Flashing Process of Batch PP
The batch PP process operation has its own characteristics.With the continuous expansion of production capacity,the scale of parallel equipment is also constantly expanding during the discharging and flashing processes.In addition,with the combined impact of technical violations and other problems,it not only greatly increases the la-bor intensity of workers,but also poses great safety hazards in safety production.The operating efficiency of produc-tion equipment is significantly reduced,the energy and material consumption are increasing too.After analyzing and researching the process,this article proposes the ideas of running queue,waiting queue and implementing intelligent dispatching control for the flashing process,and develops intelligent discharging control technology for it.The imple-mentation of this technology will improve the automatic control level of the flashing process,stabilize and optimize operations,reduce labor intensity of workers,reduce energy and material consumption,and ensure the safety production of the production equipment.
