针对机械负载的动力学模拟问题,该文给出了基于电动系统的负载模拟控制方法,该控制方法可以模拟机械负载的静态和动态特性.负载模拟系统可用于电力传动系统的测试以及复杂的控制算法的验证,在系统中采用负载模拟电动机代替实际机械负载.首先给出了负载模拟实验平台的数学模型,然后详细推导了负载模拟控制方法,该策略利用闭环控制计算负载模拟电机的参考转矩.仿真结果表明,不仅在负载模拟系统转动惯量与真实机械系统转动惯量相近情况下有效,而且在二者转动惯量相差很大的情况下依然有效.
Control of Electric Load Simulator Based on Fuzzy PID
An approach of dynamic emulation for mechanical loads is presented.The control strategy can emulate the static and dynamic characteristics of mechanical load.Load emulation system can be used for the validation and testing of the electrical drives and complex control algorithms.Actual mechanical loads is replaced by load emulation motor.The dynamic model of experimental platform is presented firstly,then the dynamic emulation approach of load emulation is derived detailedly.In this strategy,the torque demand of the load emulation motor is calculated from the closed-loop control algorithm.Experimental simulation results of the closed loop control of linear mechanical loads are presented based on Matlab/Simulink,which show the feasibility of the control algorithm,even if the rotational inertia of the experimental system differs greatly from that of the actual mechanical system.
