振荡与瞬间过载情况下空压机组启动功率智能控制

为解决工业空压机组启动过程中储能变流器出现振荡和瞬间功率过载问题导致功率不平衡的问题,该文设计一种空压机组启动功率稳定自动控制方法.根据空压机软启动过程中,空压机组功率因数角的变化规律,使用变点分组法对采集到的功率因数角的离散程度进行划分,利用功率因数角闭环反馈对动态过程的触发角进行补偿,解决振荡问题.为了防止储能变流器过载的问题,通过计算有功功率损耗、增益、损失能量等指标,引入恒功率控制来保持输出功率的稳定性,通过调节稳定控制参数并实施自适应模式转换,实现空压机组在不同工况下启动功率稳定输出的自动化控制.实验分析表明,设计的方法功率稳定化控制精度高、响应迅速,拥有较大的应用优势.
Intelligent Control of Starting Power of Air Compressor Units Under Oscillation and Instantaneous Overload Conditions
In order to solve the problems of oscillation and instantaneous power overload in the energy storage con-verter during the start-up process of industrial air compressor units,resulting in power imbalance,a stable automatic control method for the start-up power of air compressor units is designed.According to the variation law of the pow-er factor angle of the air compressor unit during the soft start process of the air compressor,the discrete degree of the collected power factor angle is divided using the variable point grouping method.The power factor angle closed-loop feedback is used to compensate for the triggering angle of the dynamic process and solve the oscillation prob-lem.In order to prevent the overload problem of energy storage converters,constant power control is introduced to maintain the stability of output power by calculating indicators such as active power loss,gain,and energy loss.By adjusting stability control parameters and implementing adaptive mode conversion,automatic control of stable power output for air compressor units under different operating conditions is achieved.Example analysis shows that the de-signed method has high precision in power stabilization control,rapid response,and significant application advantages.
