Design of Light-weight Temperature Measurement System for Locomotive Vehi-cle Brake Resistance Temperature Rise Test
Aiming at the requirement of temperature measurement during the temperature rise test of the braking re-sistance of rail transit locomotives vehicle,a multi-channel temperature measurement system based on the graphical programming language Lab VIEW is designed,which can realize simultaneous temperature acquisition,display,drawing and data storage of 14 channels.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system,the actual measured value of the measurement system and the agreed true value of the standard source are used as the data source for polynomial fitting,and the least square method curve fitting method is used to calibrate the measurement system to reduce the measurement error and improve the measurement accuracy.The test results show that the system is stable and reliable,and the measurement accuracy is significantly improved.
