为降低变压器损坏概率并提高工作效率,该文提出基于AT89C51的变压器温度自动监测和控制系统.系统通过DHT11传感器实时采集温度,AD0804将温度转换为数字数据,传送给AT89C51单片机进行监测.当温度高于阈值,系统会报警并启动温度控制器.控制器结合模糊PID方法计算控制量,向AT89C51发送指令进行温度控制.实验表明,该系统监测温度准确、灵敏度高,能快速降温,此系统有效保障了变压器的稳定运行,提高了运行效率.
Transformer Temperature Automatic Monitoring and Control System Based on AT89C51
To reduce the probability of transformer damage and improve work efficiency,this paper proposes a trans-former temperature automatic monitoring and control system based on AT89C51.The system collects temperature in real-time through the DHT11 sensor,and AD0804 converts the temperature into digital data,which is transmitted to the AT89C51 microcontroller for monitoring.When the temperature exceeds the threshold,the system will alarm and activate the temperature controller.The controller combines the fuzzy PID method to calculate the control quantity and sends instructions to AT89C51 for temperature control.The experiment shows that the system monitors tempera-ture accurately,has high sensitivity,and can quickly cool down.This system effectively ensures the stable operation of transformers and improves operational efficiency.
