摘要
为了解决航空航天等军事领域内车间生产设备物流通信系统安全保密需求,该文提出一种基于DDLS508光学数据传感器与PLC的空间光通信系统设计方法.首先讲述空间光通信应用于车间物流系统需求及空间光通信概述、链路结构与工作流程;然后重点提出光学数据传感器、控制器等硬件选型和工作原理,并采用博途TIA软件对西门子S7-1200系列PLC进行数据通信程序设计与触摸屏画面组态;最后通过一系列光通信数据交互测试试验及触摸屏光数据交互信号动态监控试验,验证该设计可以实现航空航天等军事领域内物流通信系统安全性、保密性、高效性需求,具有较高推广应用价值.
Abstract
In order to solve the security requirement of logistics communication system of workshop production equip-ment in aerospace and other military fields,this paper presents a design method of space optical communication sys-tem based on DDLS508 optical data sensor and PLC.First of all,the requirements of spatial optical communication applied to workshop logistics system and the overview of spatial optical communication,link structure and work flow are described.Then,the hardware selection and working principle of optical data sensor and controller are put for-ward,and the data communication program design and touch screen configuration of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC are carried out with Boto TIA software.Finally,through a series of optical communication data interaction test and touch screen optical data interaction signal dynamic monitoring test,it is verified that the design can meet the requirements of security,confidentiality and high efficiency of logistics communication system in aerospace and other military fields,and has high popularization and application value.
