该文以提升机电一体化设备准确、快速控制为 目标,设计基于激光传感器的机电一体化设备自动化控制系统.利用PC端发送机电一体化设备数据采集指令,采集当前设备实时运行数据后,将其发送到可编程逻辑控制器,对实时运行数据去噪预处理后,利用多 目标设备协同控制方法,获得设备自动化控制指令,并利用得到的设备自动化控制指令控制机电一体化设备单片机执行动作,完成机电一体化设备自动化控制.实验结果表明,该系统具备较好的兼容性,采集机电一体化设备实时运行数据较为精准的同时,还可有效实现机电一体化设备自动化控制,控制灵敏度较好.
Automated Control System for Mechatronic Equipment Based on Laser Sensors
In order to improve the accurate and fast control of mechatronics equipment,the automatic control system of mechatronics equipment based on laser sensor is designed.Send the data acquisition instructions of mechatronics equipment through PC,collect the real-time operation data of the current equipment,and send it to the programmable logic controller.After de-noising the real-time operation data and pre-processing,the automatic control instructions of the equipment are obtained through the cooperative control method of multi-target equipment.And use the obtained equipment automation control instructions to control the mechatronics equipment MCU to perform actions,to complete the mechatronics equipment automation control.The experimental results show that the system has good compatibility,the collection of real-time operation data of mechatronics equipment is more accurate,it can also effectively realize the automatic control of mechatronics equipment,and the control sensitivity is better.
