High-precision Portable Dismantling-free Signal Source Based on Online Cali-bration of Microcurrent Probes
In the traditional channel verification or channel inspection process,it is necessary to disconnect the origi-nal circuit and then connect the signal generator in series into the circuit to achieve signal setting and adjustment.This method is inefficient and carries the risk of human error,which will have a significant impact on the normal and stable operation of the system.Therefore,a wire free signal generator is proposed in the article,which includes four parts,voltage(current)detection circuit,signal source module,feedback control and signal processing,display,etc.The voltage(current)detection circuit is based on a high-precision micro current sensor,paired with a 24 bit high-precision A/D conversion chip.On the basis of activating the measurement mode and eliminating offset,it achieves high-precision measurement of information in the test channel.The signal source flexibly generates corresponding sig-nal outputs based on the input signal type and size instructions.Feedback control and signal processing achieve de-coupling of sensor and signal generator data information through model estimation of sensors and detection circuits.Display is used to visually display the measurement results,display the type and size of the input signal,and provide data storage function.The non disassembly signal source is connected to the sensor end of the circuit to adjust the given voltage,current,or resistance signal.Compared to traditional solutions,the non disassembly signal generator device can achieve signal setting and adjustment without disconnecting the original signal circuit,and has the advantages of high accuracy and portability,providing reliable and safe technical support for channel verification or inspection.
