基于多传感器采集轴重信号的公路货车不停车称重系统

在公路货车不停车称重过程中,由于缺少对车辆行驶各种干扰因素的深度分析,导致称重系统精度不足,因此该文提出基于多传感器采集轴重信号的公路货车不停车称重系统.根据现场称重情况确定多传感器安装位置,设计信号采集模块,并对多组采集数据进行处理,依据车辆行驶路况和车辆质量计算车辆荷载,结合硬件设计部分实现车辆的动态称重,同时利用传感器检测车辆的轨迹线横向位置,进一步确定车辆的称重数据.测试结果表明,提出的基于多传感器采集轴重信号的称重系统信号采集延迟小、测量精度高,该系统的抗干扰性得到了提高.
Non-stopping Weighing System of Highway Truck Based on Multi-sensor Acqui-sition of Axle Load Signal
In the process of weighing highway trucks without stopping,due to the lack of in-depth analysis of various interference factors during vehicle operation,the accuracy of the weighing system is insufficient.Therefore,a highway truck without stopping weighing system based on multi-sensor collection of axle load signals is proposed.Based on the on-site weighing situation,determine the installation location of multiple sensors,design a signal acquisition mod-ule,and process multiple sets of collected data.Calculate the vehicle load based on the driving conditions and vehi-cle mass,and combine the hardware design part to achieve dynamic weighing of the vehicle.At the same time,use sensors to detect the lateral position of the vehicle's trajectory line to further determine the vehicle's weighing data.The test results show that the proposed weighing system based on multi-sensor acquisition of axle load signals has low signal acquisition delay,high measurement accuracy,and improved anti-interference performance.
