摘要

针对目前医用高值耗材管理消耗大量人力资源,管理流程不规范且难以实现全过程追溯等问题,该文研发了一种基于物联网的医用高值耗材管理系统.系统由终端和云服务器平台组成.终端采用射频识别技术实现耗材信息自动识别与出入库信息盘点,通过无线移动通信模块进行数据上传.云服务器平台以SQL Server作为后端数据库管理系统,采用MVC模式构建Web应用,实现内容呈现和用户交互.经河南、天津等多家医疗机构部署应用,结果表明该系统能够提高管理效率、规范管理流程、实现医用高值耗材全过程追溯管理.

Abstract

In response to the issues of resource-intensive management,non-standardized processes,and difficulties in achieving full-process traceability in the management of medical high-value consumables,this study has developed a medical high-value consumables management system based on the Internet of Things(IoT).The system consists of terminals and a cloud server platform.The terminals employ RFID technology to enable automatic identification of consumables information and conduct inventory checks for in/out processes,with data uploaded through wireless mo-bile communication modules.The cloud server platform utilizes SQL Server as the backend database management system and adopts the MVC pattern to construct a Web application for content presentation and user interaction.The application has been deployed in multiple medical institutions in Henan,Tianjin,and other regions,with results indi-cating that the system can enhance management efficiency,standardize management processes,and achieve complete traceability in the management of medical high-value consumables.
