为提升断路器分合闸性能与智能化操作水平,该文研究基于变电站一体化电源系统的断路器自动化控制方法.分析断路器运动特性,以数字式双闭环的方式,设计断路器自动化控制器,外环利用单神经元自适应PID控制算法,调节断路器动触头速度,得到参考电压值,内环通过对比分析实际电压值和参考电压值,结合模糊PI控制算法,得到电压控制量,控制断路器触头运动速度,实现断路器自动化控制.实验证明,对于分闸与合闸操作,该方法均可有效自动化控制断路器触头运动速度,在不同电容下,该方法自动化控制的动触头跳变信号点波动幅度均较小.
Automatic Control Method of Circuit Breaker Based on Integrated Power Sup-ply System of Substation
In order to improve circuit breaker opening and closing performance and intelligent operation level,the au-tomatic control method of circuit breaker based on integrated power supply system of substation is studied.Analyze circuit breaker motion characteristics.Design circuit breaker automation controller by digital double closed loop method.The outer loop uses a single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm to adjust the speed of the circuit breaker moving contact and get the reference voltage.By comparing and analyzing the actual voltage value and the reference voltage value,combined with the fuzzy PI control algorithm,the voltage control quantity is obtained,and the motion speed of the circuit breaker contact is controlled to realize the automatic control of the circuit breaker.Ex-perimental results show that this method can effectively control the speed of circuit breaker contacts for both opening and closing operation.Under different capacitors,the fluctuation amplitude of the jumping signal points of the moving contacts automatically controlled by this method is small.
