摘要

以保障烟草制丝工艺质量为 目的,该文设计基于统计过程控制(SPC)的烟草制丝工艺设备自动监测系统.获得制丝工序信息特征信息,制定工序级生产计划和质量规划,在烟草制丝工艺设备运行时,采集其现场数据,通过SPC统计获得监测结果,并将该结果反馈到生产过程监测管理模块,获得当前烟草制丝工艺设备产能,经过运行烟草制丝工艺设备自动监测系统,实现烟草制丝工艺设备自动化监控和管理.实验表明,该系统运行稳定,可有效实现烟草制丝工艺设备自动监测,可实现自动化、高效率、高精度监测,从而提高烟草制丝的产量和质量.

Abstract

In order to ensure the quality of tobacco processing,an automatic monitoring system for tobacco processing equipment based on statistical process control(SPC)was designed.Obtain the characteristic information of tobacco processing information,formulate the process level production plan and quality planning,collect the field data when the tobacco processing equipment is running,obtain the monitoring results through SPC statistics,and feed back the results to the production process monitoring management module to obtain the current capacity of tobacco processing equipment,and realize the automatic monitoring and management of tobacco processing equipment by running the au-tomatic monitoring system of tobacco processing equipment.Experiments show that the system has good stability and performance,and can effectively realize the automatic monitoring of tobacco processing equipment,which can realize the automatic,high efficiency and high precision monitoring,so as to improve the yield and quality of tobacco pro-cessing.
