Positioning Control of Coal Mine Transportation Vehicles Based on Beidou+5G Technology
The current mainstream transportation vehicle positioning schemes generally rely on their own sensors to collect environmental information,and then match it with a map to estimate the vehicle position.However,traditional vehicle positioning methods are often applied to a single scene.In real coal mine production and transportation envi-ronments,complex scenarios such as regional restrictions,changes in self vehicle movement status,changes in lighting,and vehicle congestion can cause interference in sensor perception information,leading to increased or even failed po-sitioning trajectory signal errors.In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional sensor detection mode,a design method for automatic positioning controller of coal mine transportation vehicles based on Beidou satellite+5G technolo-gy is proposed.Design a vehicle positioning technology based on the fusion of Beidou satellite technology and 5G cellular network to locate coal mine transportation vehicles.To address the issue of random interference at the signal source,a fuzzy PID controller is designed for vehicle positioning signal calibration,and the vehicle positioning trajec-tory signal calibration is completed through the fuzzy PID controller.The experimental results show that the Beidou+5G mode has better positioning control accuracy,stability,and practical application effect in the automatic positioning control of coal mine transportation vehicles compared to the traditional sensor mode.
