电网作业过程中接地线使用量较大且使用区域相对分散,为保障工作人员的工作安全,该文设计基于压力传感器采集数据的携带式短路接地线自动化监测系统.设计携带式短路接地线操作棒,在接地线紧固件紧固接地线条件下,压感模块利用压力传感器采集受压数据,并将所受压力值传输到AI芯片内,作为深度学习网络模型的输入,通过训练过程输出接地线挂接状态监测结果.接地线挂接状态监测结果通过基于LoRa的通信模块传输至上位机显示器内,供用户查询使用.实验结果显示,该系统压力传感器数据采集过程中零偏稳定性高于0.03%.
Portable Short Circuit Grounding Wire Automation Monitoring System Based on Pressure Sensor Data Collection
In the process of power grid operation,the use of ground wires is large and the use area is relatively scat-tered.In order to ensure the work safety of workers,a portable short-circuit ground wire automatic monitoring system based on the data collected by pressure sensors is designed.A portable short-circuit grounding wire operation rod is designed.Under the condition that the grounding wire is fastened by the grounding wire fastener,the pressure sensing module uses the pressure sensor to collect the pressure data,and transmits the pressure value to the Al chip,which is used as the input of the deep learning network model,and outputs the monitoring results of the grounding wire connection status through the training process.The monitoring result of grounding cable connection status is transmit-ted to the display of the upper computer through the communication module based on LoRa for users to inquire.Ex-perimental results show that the zero bias stability of the pressure sensor is higher than 0.03%in the process of da-ta acquisition.
