Ultrasonic Phased Array Coal Conveyor Work-related Defect Detection Based on Probability Constraints
Coal conveyors are often in complex and harsh operating environments,and there is information loss and obstruction interference during their external inspection process.The current detection methods based on fixed thresh-olds are prone to ignoring the probability fluctuations of various work-related defects.A single threshold is difficult to describe this probability fluctuation,resulting in poor detection results.Research on the detection method of work-re-lated injuries and defects in coal conveyors using ultrasonic phased array technology.Analyze the types of work-relat-ed injury and defect events of coal conveyors,and calculate the probability of equipment work-related injury and de-fect events.Based on the geometric parameters of the ultrasonic phased array with defect probability as the con-straint,calculate the focused sound pressure of the planar and convex ultrasonic phased array,and determine the data depth of the echo signal.Traverse the transmission array elements and transmission channels,compare the amplitude,signal peak,and valley values of the set threshold to determine whether the coal conveyor has work-related defects,and achieve work-related defect detection.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately de-tect all work-related defects in the coal conveyor.
