摘要
为了有效评价淋浴器的节水性能,推进水效标识制度的顺利实施和全面落实,该文致力于研制一种用于淋浴器水效检测的标准试验装置,可实现淋浴器喷射流量、喷射力以及流量均匀性的测量.该文通过理论分析和结构设计论证了方案的科学性和可行性,研制完成后用符合国家标准要求的淋浴器进行了实验验证,检测结果可靠.
Abstract
In order to effectively evaluate the water-saving performance of showers and promote the smooth and com-prehensive implementation of the water efficiency labeling system.This article is dedicated to developing a standard testing device for detecting the water efficiency of shower.The device can achieve measurement of shower jet flow rate,spray force and flow uniformity.This article demonstrates the scientificity and feasibility of the method through theoretical analysis and structural design.After development,experimental verification was conducted using a shower that meets national standards,and the detection results were reliable.
