Analysis of Precision Range of Differential Pressure Flowmeter and Measure-ment Method of Wide Range
With the development of industry and agriculture in our country,more and more requirements have been put forward for the measurement of fluid flow rate.Especially in the current era of continuous reduction in natural energy,energy conservation and maintaining sustainable energy development have become the top priorities of national development.Therefore,accurate measurement has become one of the important indicators of flow meters.Differential pressure flowmeter is a traditional flow instrument with the characteristics of simple structure,no movable parts,high reliability,and good stability,which has been widely used in various industries.The differential pressure device itself has a large measurement range,but due to various factors,the accuracy range has not achieved the desired effect.This article analyzes the influence of different factors on the measurement range and accuracy of differential pressure flow meters based on the measurement principle,and provides a design and solution method for wide range and high-precision measurement of differential pressure flow meters.
