摘要
无刷直流电机具有噪音小、无接触火花、使用寿命长等优势广泛应用于自动化领域.该文主要介绍了无刷直流电机控制系统结构及工作原理,详细介绍了闭环控制策略,对无刷直流电机控制系统的功率逆变电路、驱动电路及控制电路进行了设计;还对HALL转速获取程序、定时器PI中断程序及串口中断程序工作流程进行了介绍;最后,通过绘制原理图和制作印制电路板,搭建了无刷直流电机驱动器样机,通过试验测试,该驱动器能够实现对无刷直流电机的控制,并具有良好的控制性能.
Abstract
Brushless DC motor has many advantages,such as low noise,no contact spark,long service life.This paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the control system of brushless DC motor(BLDCM),and in troduces the closed-loop control strategy in detail.The HALL speed acquisition program,timer interrupt program and serial interrupt program workflow are also introduced in this paper.At last,the prototype of brushless DC motor driver was built by drawing the schematic diagram and making the printed circuit board,and has good control perfor-mance.
