为提升城市轨道列车的运行效率,该文设计基于大数据分析的城市轨道列车运行速度自动化控制系统.利用云计算框架搭建自动化控制系统,采集列车的速度、位置信息后传送至控制层,控制层的智能控制部分利用K-means聚类算法对城市轨道列车运行数据聚类处理,构建列车运行速度自动化控制优化模型,识别列车运行状态,计算列车的最佳速度曲线.利用灰色速度控制器,控制列车的执行机构输出理想速度.系统测试结果表明,采用该系统自动化控制列车运行速度,列车的停车时间误差低于10 s,停车距离误差低于15 cm,满足列车高效率运行需求.
Design of Automatic Control System of Urban Rail Train Running Speed Based on Big Data Analysis
In order to improve the operation efficiency of urban rail trains,an automatic speed control system of urban rail trains based on big data analysis is designed.The cloud computing framework is used to build an automated control system,collect the speed and position information of trains and transmit it to the control layer.The intelligent control part of the control layer uses K-means clustering algorithm to cluster the operation data of urban rail trains,build the automatic control and optimization model of train operation speed,identify the train operation state,and cal-culate the best speed curve of trains.Using the grey speed controller,the actuator of the train is controlled to output the ideal speed.The test results of the system show that the stopping time error of the train is less than 10 s and the stopping distance error is less than 15 cm when the system is used to control the train running speed automatically.
