Design of a Hardware in the Loop Testing Platform for Aircraft Power Systems Based on Veristand
A hardware in the loop testing system for aircraft power systems was designed to address issues such as low automation and low testing efficiency in aircraft final assembly testing.Based on functional requirements,the low-er computer of the system adopts a real-time simulation machine equipped with the NI-LinuxRT system,achieving hardware resource configuration and signal transmission.The upper computer,based on NI Veristand software,complet-ed tasks such as test case development and management,real-time model development and invocation,and device driver management,ultimately achieving real-time online simulation of the power system.This system provides a re-search direction for the convenient and efficient completion of ground function testing in the future,improving testing efficiency,and enhancing testing automation level.
