摘要

为保证电缆管道异常监测效果,实时掌握管道运行状态,该文设计基于单片机技术的电缆管道异常监测仪器自动化控制系统.该系统采用8051单片机为核心,实时采集并分析监测仪器的运行数据,通过控制参数的调整获取电缆管道异常监测仪器自动化控制量,实现电缆管道异常监测仪器自动化控制.测试结果显示,温度监测仪器的控制响应时间均在200 ms以内;气体监测仪器、压力监测仪器、温度监测仪器的监测偏差最大值均在0.22%以内.该系统可保证监测仪器的实时性,及时掌握管道运行状态.

Abstract

To ensure the effectiveness of cable duct anomaly monitoring and real-time grasp of pipeline operation sta-tus,an automated control system for cable duct anomaly monitoring instruments based on microcontroller technology is designed.The system uses an 8051 microcontroller as the core to collect and analyze real-time operating data of monitoring instruments.By adjusting control parameters,the automatic control quantity of cable pipeline anomaly mon-itoring instruments is obtained,achieving automatic control of cable pipeline anomaly monitoring instruments.The test results show that the control response time of the temperature monitoring instrument is all within 200 ms.The maxi-mum monitoring deviation of gas monitoring instruments,pressure monitoring instruments,and temperature monitoring instruments is all within 0.22%.Ensure the real-time performance of monitoring instruments and timely grasp the op-eration status of pipelines.
