融合MSR与改进CLAHE的安瓿瓶图像增强

针对自动调火系统中采集到的安瓿瓶图像瓶身直径测量精度较低的问题,提出一种融合多尺度视网膜增强(MSR)与改进限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化(CLAHE)的图像增强算法.MSR算法可以增加图像细节信息,但会造成图像泛白,降低图像对比度;CLAHE算法可以提高图像对比度,但信息熵会有所下降,根据两种算法的特点,引入伽马校正对CLAHE算法进行改进,改进后的CLAHE算法可以降低图像中干扰区域影响,进一步提高图像对比度,与MSR算法增强后的图像进行加权融合得到最终图像.对增强后的安瓿瓶图像进行直径测量,结果显示该算法可以将安瓿瓶的尺寸误差从0.3 mm降到0.1 mm,有效解决安瓿瓶图像尺寸测量精度低的问题.
Fusion of MSR and Improved CLAHE for Ampoule Image Enhancement
Aiming at the problem of low measurement accuracy of bottle diameter of ampoule images captured in the automatic tempering system,an image enhancement algorithm integrating multi-scale retinal enhancement(MSR)and improved constrained contrast adaptive histogram equalization(CLAHE)is proposed.MSR algorithm can increase the image details,but it will cause the image white,reduce the image contrast.The CLAHE algorithm can increase the contrast of the image,but the information entropy will be decreased.According to the characteristics of the two algo-rithms,the gamma correction is introduced to improve the CLAHE algorithm,and the improved CLAHE algorithm can reduce the influence of the interference region in the image,further improve the contrast of the image,and then the weighted fusion with the image enhanced by MSR algorithm will be carried out to obtain the final image.The en-hanced image of ampoule is measured in diameter,and the results show that the algorithm can reduce the size error of ampoule from 0.3 mm to 0.1 mm,which effectively solves the problem of low accuracy of ampoule image size mea-surement.
