Development of Online Calibration Device for Small Gas Flow Rate
A small gas flow online calibration device has been developed,which can be used for online calibration of small gas flow measuring instruments that are not easy to disassemble in industrial production,medical and health,environmental monitoring and other fields.This article will provide a detailed introduction to the principle,composi-tion,control system design,and calibration operation process of the online calibration device for small gas flow.Final-ly,the accuracy and reliability of the calibration device will be verified through performance testing,and the applica-tion prospects of the device will be discussed.
