火电机组热工仪表运行状态实时控制系统设计

该文设计火电机组热工仪表运行状态数据自采集及实时控制系统.构建火电机组热工仪表运行状态数据自采集与控制系统总体框架,现场仪表层结合热工仪表与各类传感器、执行器采集火电机组运行状态数据后,基于深度神经网络(DNN)动态前馈的过热蒸汽控制模型实现过热器出口温度的精准控制,利用网络通信层的工业以太网模块实现各层数据的传输与交互,通过上位机实现控制结果展示.实验结果表明,该系统的控制平均绝对误差(MAE)和均方根误差(RMSE)值分别为0.3℃、0.4℃;在不同入侵攻击下,可实现系统数据的安全传输与交互.
Design of Real-time Control System for Thermal Instrument Running State of Thermal Power Unit
The automatic data acquisition and real-time control system of thermal instrument running state of thermal power unit are designed.The overall framework of the thermal instrument operating status data self-acquisition and control system of thermal power units is constructed.After the on-site instrument layer combines thermal instruments with various sensors and actuators to collect the operating status data of thermal power units,the system is developed based on DNN dynamic feedforward superheated steam control model realizes accurate control of superheater outlet temperature,uses industrial Ethernet module of network communication layer to realize data transmission and interac-tion at each layer,and realizes control results display by upper computer.The experimental results show that the MAE and RMSE values of the system are 0.3℃and 0.4℃respectively.Under different intrusion attacks,the system data can be securely transmitted and interacted.
