摘要

航空制造智能化是中国制造业升级的重要一环,其中机器人作为智能制造的核心装备,其在航空制造中的应用具有示范作用.以航空制造业自动化、智能化装配的重大需求为牵引,面向航空制造中复杂的线束敷设关键环节,探索人机协作装配工艺方法与技术,建立人机协作线束敷设新工艺验证方法及验证平台,对新工艺效能要素进行分析.

Abstract

Intelligent aviation manufacturing is an important part of the upgrading of the China's manufacturing in-dustry.Robot as the core equipment of intelligent manufacturing and its application in aviation manufacturing has a demonstration role.Guided by the major needs of automation and intelligent assembly in aviation manufacturing in-dustry,this paper explores man-robot cooperative assembly process methods and technologies for complex wiring in-stalling key links in aviation manufacturing,establishes man-robot cooperative wiring installing new process verification methods and verification platform,and analyzes the efficiency factors of the new process.
