摘要

在线振动管液体密度计检定规程指出在线密度计在检定过程中其内部的液体温度稳定性需达到±0.05℃.因此一般选择将在线密度计安装在恒温箱内,恒温箱为在线密度计提供特定温度点下具有一定控温精度和温度均匀性的实验环境.为满足在线振动管液体密度计检定规程对温度稳定性的要求,恒温箱性能最低需达到温度偏差,温度均匀度在2℃内,温度波动度在0.5℃内.该文依据《环境试验设备检验方法第2部分:温度试验设备》开展试验,同时也基于Fluent对恒温箱的温度场进行仿真,验证了恒温箱的温度偏差、温度均匀度、温度波动度均符合指标要求.

Abstract

The verification regulation for online vibrating tube liquid density meters states that the stability of the liq-uid temperature inside the on-line densitometer during the verification process needs to reach±0.05℃.This general choice is to install the on-line densitometer in the thermotank,which provides an experimental environment with cer-tain temperature control accuracy and uniformity at specific temperature points for the on-line densitometer.In order to meet the temperature stability requirements of the online vibration tube liquid density meter verification regulation,the performance of the thermotank must reach a minimum temperature deviation,temperature uniformity within 2℃,and temperature fluctuation within 0.5℃.This article conducts experiments based on the"Environmental testing equip-ment inspection method part 2:temperature testing equipment",and also simulates the temperature field of the ther-motank based on Fluent,verifying that the temperature deviation,temperature uniformity,and temperature fluctuation of the thermotank meet the indicator requirements.
