Influence of Temperature on the Zero Drift of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter
In engineering practice, zero drift is an important factor that affects the measurement accuracy and stabili-ty of Coriolis mass flow meters. The temperature has an impact on the flow and density measurement results of the Coriolis mass flowmeter, and there is a significant deviation. This article aims to analyze the influence of temperature on the measurement of Coriolis mass flow meters and how to improve the measurement error caused by temperature influence.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the influence of environmental temperature on measurement re-sults can be achieved by changing the analog processing circuit and output circuit of the transmitter signal. The im-pact of medium process temperature on sensors can be improved by reasonable circuit design and digital compensa-tion to improve measurement accuracy.
