Research on Aerostat Auxiliary Airbag and Its Volume Evaluation Method
The dynamic changes in the volume of aerostat auxiliary airbags are crucial for aerostat safety, posing chal-lenges in accurate modeling and real-time objective assessment.Estimating the airbag volume by observing volume scale lines through observation windows or using a single laser rangefinder for measurement both suffer from inaccu-racies.Addressing these challenges and issues, this study models and analyzes the volume determination of aerostat auxiliary airbags. It proposes a method utilizing dual high-precision phase laser rangefinders to measure the airbag fullness and employs the least squares method to assess the airbag volume.Based on real-time accurate fullness da-ta,the method establishes a relationship between airbag volume dynamically, validating the rationality of theoretical model and volume assessment through fullness measurements. This method provides a reference design approach in aerostat engineering, offering practical guidance in the design process.
