Optimization Control Method for Yaw of Direct Drive Fan Under LiDAR Tech-nology
During the yaw control process of a direct drive fan,control deviation occurs due to the influence of wake turbulence,which directly affects the safety of the direct drive fan.Therefore,a method for optimizing the yaw control of a direct drive fan using LiDAR technology is proposed.Using LiDAR technology to measure wind direction and speed,and obtain the yaw angle of a direct drive fan.Based on the velocity distribution of the wake of a direct drive wind turbine,a power spectral density function of a laser anemometer is constructed to obtain the true scatter-ing signal of turbulent particles near the target area.Divide different wind speed ranges based on the mechanical power output of the fan.Calculate the yaw delay time,optimize the yaw angle and time based on differences,and de-sign an optimized control process.The experimental results show that the control stability of this method is relatively good,which is consistent with the actual value and has precise control effect.
