基于物联网的烟草仓库嵌入式监测系统设计

烟草在储存过程中对温度和湿度很敏感,为了提高烟草仓库的监测效果,将温湿度数据和图像数据融合,设计了基于物联网的烟草仓库嵌入式远程监测控制一体化系统.系统由数据采集节点、云服务器和远程监控终端构成.数据采集节点均由ESP32和ESP32-CAM为核心采集数据,通过4G转WiFi模块将各节点数据集中在云服务器中转,以龙芯2K1000LA为上位机监控终端,最终实现仓库的温湿度和图像视频的远程监控,以及数据异常时的远程报警与控制.该系统可以实现仓库的远程监测,无人值守时温湿度自动控制与异常情况报警.
Design of Embedded Monitoring System for Tobacco Warehouse Based on IoT
Tobacco is highly sensitive to temperature and humidity during storage.In order to improve the monitoring effectiveness of tobacco warehouses,a tobacco warehouse embedded remote monitoring and control integrated system based on the Internet of things(IoT)has been designed.The system consists of data acquisition nodes,cloud servers,and remote monitoring terminals.The data acquisition nodes,all based on ESP32 and ESP32-CAM,collect data and use 4G to WiFi modules to centralize the data on the cloud server.The Loongson 2K1000LA serves as the upper computer monitoring terminal,enabling remote monitoring of warehouse temperature,humidity,and image video,as well as remote alarms and control in case of data anomalies.This system enables remote monitoring of the warehouse,au-tomatic temperature and humidity control when unmanned,and remote alarm reporting in case of anomalies.
