摘要

针对在多次现场核查中各温度传感器和标准器测得值普遍比设定值上浮0.5℃~1.0℃左右的异常现象,通过原因分析和仿真软件PSpice绘制仿真电路,对比串联单点接地和并联单点接地电位的不同.利用不确定度理论,建立数学模型,分析测量结果的不确定度来源,对各不确定度分量进行计算并计算出各分量所占总不确定度比例.结果表明,核查装置引入的扩展不确定度为0.15℃,通过不确定度分析排除测量设备的不确定因素影响,得出地环路干扰对数据有影响的结论,影响程度高达47%.

Abstract

In response to the abnormal phenomenon that the measured values of the temperature sensors and standard devices generally rose by about 0.5℃~1.0℃above the set value in the field verification,PSpice software was used to draw simulation circuit to compare the difference of grounding potential between series single point grounding and parallel single point grounding.The mathematical model was established by using uncertainty theory.The sources of uncertainty were point out which infect the measurement results.Each component of uncertainty and its proportion of the total uncertainty were calculated.The results show that,the extended uncertainty introduced by the verification device was 0.15℃.After carrying out uncertainty analysis to exclude the influence of measuring devices,it is con-cluded that the interference of ground loop has an impact on the data,with an impact degree of up to 47%.
