摘要
为快速集成管理实验室大型科学仪器,统一自动化监测仪器运行状态,该文设计基于云计算技术的实验室大型科学仪器运行自动化监测系统.数据采集模块由振动传感器采集大型科学仪器运行信号数据后,通过ZigBee网络发送至云计算平台;云计算平台采用基于VAE-GRU模型的仪器运行状态异常诊断方法,由编码器、解码器提取仪器运行信号的振动特征,去除噪声信号成分后,使用诊断器结合动态阈值,判断仪器运行状态是否存在异常,实现大型科学仪器运行自动化监测.所设计系统提高了实验室大型科学仪器运行自动化监测的准确性和及时性、可增强数据处理能力.
Abstract
In order to quickly integrate and manage large-scale scientific instruments in the laboratory,and unify the running state of automatic monitoring instruments,an automatic monitoring system for large-scale scientific instruments in the laboratory based on cloud computing technology is designed.The data acquisition module is composed of vi-bration sensors,which collect the operation signal data of large scientific instruments and send them to the cloud computing platform through ZigBee network.The cloud computing platform adopts the abnormal diagnosis method of instrument operation state based on VAE-GRU model.After the encoder and decoder extract the vibration character-istics of instrument operation signal and remove the noise signal components,the diagnostic device is combined with the dynamic threshold to judge whether the instrument operation state is abnormal,thus realizing the automatic moni-toring of large-scale scientific instrument operation.The designed system improves the accuracy and timeliness of au-tomatic monitoring of large-scale scientific instruments in the laboratory,and can enhance the data processing ability.
