Development and Application of Industrial IoT Components Based on KingIOT in Manufacturing Information Systems
Traditional manufacturing is the mainstay of China's manufacturing industry and the foundation of a mod-ern industrial system.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry is a strategic choice to actively adapt to and lead a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.It is an important measure to improve the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain,and an in-evitable requirement to promote new industrialization and accelerate the construction of a strong manufacturing coun-try.It is related to the overall construction of a modern industrial system.This article provides a detailed analysis and introduction of the development and application of industrial Internet of things in manufacturing information sys-tems from three aspects:data aggregation,data processing,and data sharing,based on actual manufacturing demand cases.And focusing on how to achieve data aggregation,break down data barriers,shorten system development cycles,reduce development and operation costs,and enable projects to land quickly,this paper discusses the rapid develop-ment,deployment,and application of manufacturing information systems through the use of the fully configured indus-trial Internet of things component KingIoT for engineers.The development and operation results show that the devel-oped system has good usability,reliability and scalability,and can efficiently achieve on-demand changes.
