基于S7-1200PLC与物联网的AGV实验系统设计与实现

选用西门子S7-1200PLC为核心控制器,通过在手机终端上的腾讯云远程监控界面发布操作命令,由IOT2050智能网关和物联网平台Node-RED接收指令并下发至PLC,控制AGV实验样车在指定轨道内自动循迹运行并完成定点货物存取操作.实验结果表明,基于S7-1200PLC与物联网的AGV实验系统,以手机端作为操作面板,可在线实时完成系统各项功能,且运行可靠,稳定性好,控制精度高.
Design and Implementation of Automated Guided Vehicle System Based on S7-1200PLC and Internet of Things
It provided the design of the Siemens S7-1200PLC as core controller,operation commands were issued through the Tencent Lianlian program on the mobile phone,IOT2050 intelligent gateway and Internet of things plat-form Node-RED received instructions and sent them to the PLC,controlled the AGV experimental sample vehicle to automatically follow the designated track and complete the designated cargo storage and retrieval operation.The re-sults showed that the AGV experimental system could complete various functions of the system online in real-time with the mobile terminal as the operation panel based on S7-1200PLC and the Internet of things.The system were reliable operation,high stability and high controller accuracy.
