航空电动机构数字化加载系统设计与开发

为了提高航空电动机构的控制性能和稳定性,并减少故障率,该文研究了其数字化加载过程和性能指标检查.在上位机中设定力矩大小,通过TCP协议发送指令至西门子1200 PLC,PLC将模拟信号输出至NPN转换模块,转换后的扭矩信号驱动伺服电缸进行动态加载.通过各种传感器实时测量电动机构的各项指标,并使用模糊PID算法形成闭环控制.结果表明,该加载系统能够实现对加载方向、力、位移、电流和速度的控制,极大地提高了电动机构加载精度与自动化程度.
Design and Development of Digital Loading System for Aviation Electric Machinery
In order to improve the control performance and stability of the aero-electric mechanism and reduce the failure rate,the digital loading process and performance index checking are studied.The torque is set in the upper computer,and the command is sent to Siemens 1200 PLC through TCP protocol.The PLC outputs the analog signal to the NPN conversion module,and the converted torque signal drives the servo electric cylinder for dynamic loading.The indexes of the motor mechanism are measured by various sensors in real-time,and the fuzzy PID algorithm is used to form a closed-loop control.The results show that the loading system can control the loading direction,force,displacement,current and speed,and greatly improve the loading accuracy and automation degree of the electric mech-anism.
