摘要

鄂北地区水资源配置工程是在不影响南水北调中线工程调水规模和过程的前提下,解决鄂北地区水资源短缺问题,满足鄂北受水区生活、生产以及生态用水需求,促进鄂北地区经济社会可持续发展的战略性基础工程.该文介绍了针对该闸站远程自动控制系统的建设难点、问题分析及相对应的解决方案与架构设计介绍,并从软硬件架构层面论述了如何实现水资源配置工程上各个闸站的实时监控、远程控制,进而实现水资源的远程水量调度、用水管理以及用水分析等功能.

Abstract

The water resource allocation project in the northern Hubei region is a strategic basic project that solves the problem of water resource shortage in the northern Hubei region,meets the needs of living,production,and ecological water use in the water receiving areas,and promotes sustainable economic and social development in the northern Hubei region without affecting the scale and process of the south to north Water Diversion project.This article intro-duces the construction difficulties,problem analysis,corresponding solutions,and architecture design of the remote auto-matic control system for the gate station.It also discusses how to achieve real-time monitoring and remote control of each gate station in water resource allocation engineering from the perspective of software and hardware architecture,thereby achieving remote water quantity scheduling,water management,and water analysis functions of water resources.
